Surprise police arrest 2 for burglary, theft of traffic property

Two 19-year-olds were arrested in Surprise Wednesday for charges including criminal trespass and stealing traffic property.

The Surprise Police Department arrested Noah Seiler at about 7:40 a.m. on Feb. 1. He faces three counts of third degree burglary, two counts each of traffic stolen property, possession of burglary tools, trafficking stolen property and theft of controlled property,

and one count of second degree burglary.

 

Tatlin Allen was also taken into custody at about 10 a.m. She faces three counts each of third degree burglary, trafficking stolen property, possession of burglary tools and theft of controlled property, and one count of second degree burglary.

Seiler had a warrant out for him dating back to Dec. 8, 2016 for $470, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 15. There was no further information on a court date for Allen.
Additional information on the crimes committed will be requested.
