The Town of Paradise Valley Independent covers the Town of Paradise Valley — a community known for its luxurious residential and resort properties and down-to-earth community members. The municipality was incorporated May 24, 1961 with a total land area of 16.5 square miles. Today, nearly 13,000 people call Paradise Valley home.
Historically, the municipality is predominantly single-family housing but is also home to nine resorts, 15 places of worship, 11 public and private schools, three golf courses, and four medical centers.
