Peoria police notify public of sex offenders moving into city

Peoria police released information on three registered sex offenders now living within the city.

Charles Hall, 70, was convicted Aug. 25, 2004 of attempted molestation of a child and sexual conduct with a minor.

He is 5 feet 7 inches tall with brown hair and hazel eyes. He now resides in the area of 8600 N. 103rd Avenue near Olive Avenue.

Ysidro Morales, Jr., 54, was convicted April 29, 1992 of attempted molestation of a child. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. He now resides in the 11700 block of N. 80th Drive near 83rd Avenue and Cactus Road.


Keith Jones, 33, was convicted Aug. 5, 2003 of sexual conduct with a minor. He is 6 feet 1 inch tall with brown hair and hazel eyes. He now resides in the 8500 block of W. Sanna Street near 83rd and Olive avenues.

All three are level 2 sex offenders.

The individuals who appear in this release have been convicted of a sex offense which allows for community notification and requires registration with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. The offenders have served the sentences imposed by the Maricopa County Superior Court and have advised MCSO that they will be living at their new residences. They are not wanted by the Peoria Police Department.

It is a violation of ARS 13-1202 to use this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass sex offenders. Citizens who violate this law will be subject to prosecution.
