Three men rob store in north Glendale

Three men robbed a store early Wednesday morning in Glendale, according to police.

At about 1 a.m. April 12, Glendale Police Department officers responded to a store in the 18500 block of N. 59th Avenue near Union Hills Drive for a robbery call.

Upon arrival, officers learned three suspects entered the store. Two of them jumped over a counter to take items, as well as from the shelves, according to a report.


The suspects fled the store on foot. Patrol checked the area but did not locate them.

The suspects are a black male in his early 20s, 6 feet 1 inch tall, about 175 pounds with a small afro and last seen wearing a dark-colored hoodie with a gray hood; a young black male 5 feet 6 inches tall wearing a thin dark-colored hoodie with camo pants; and a black male about 18 years old, 5 feet 1 inch tall, 120 pounds, wearing a gray hoodie, gray pants and red shoes.

Witnesses did not see any weapons or an escape vehicle. No one was injured during the incident.
