Rollover stops traffic in Peoria, intersection to open soon

A two-car accident in Peoria brought traffic to a stand-still at 91st and Grand avenues, Friday morning.

Peoria police spokeswoman Amanda Gaines said a two-vehicle accident in the intersection led to the roll-over of one of the cars.

There were no injuries, but one child was taken to a local hospital for precautionary reasons, she said.

The intersection should be open shortly, Ms. Gaines said.
