Justine passed from this life on October 22, 2023. Born on January 19, 1941, to J.B. and Lucille Tiner in Phoenix, AZ. Upon moving to Firebaugh, CA Justine graduated from Dos Palos High School. She married Jack Ring on December 30, 1967, which produced daughter Kelly and son Jordan.
During her lifetime Justine had many vocations but one she was especially proud of was as a florist working on the Rose Bowl Parade Float. She traveled extensively with her daughter Kelly and loved sharing those experiences. She lived in Sun City West, AZ however after battles with cancer and covid Justine moved to Visalia, CA to be near her sisters and family where she lived out her last two years of life in peace and happiness.
She leaves behind her daughter Kelly Ring Orosy her husband Gary Orosy and grandson Stephen Orosy of Krum, TX, son Jordan Ring, sisters Joyce Brown, Valerie Garrison and many nieces and nephews.
Per her request, there will be no services and she will be laid to rest in Glendale, AZ in her mausoleum vault overlooking the Rose Garden.
