Memorial Day event scheduled for next month

Anthem officials will hold a Memorial Day ceremony next month at the Anthem Veterans Memorial at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 30.
We honor those killed in action and those who went missing in action.
Each paver at the Anthem Veterans Memorial tells the story of a man or woman who entered military service in the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard. The pavers tell the stories of those who served during times at war and those who served in times of peace.
The pavers tell the stories those who served stateside, those who served overseas, those who patrolled our borders and Great Lakes.
The pavers tell the stories of those who were held as prisoners of war, those who were killed in action and those who never came home.
On Memorial Day, we remember all veterans who made the ultimate sacrifice and those veterans who remain missing.
