Surprise police seek the public’s help in locating and identifying a fraud suspect, according to a release
Since late February, an unidentified suspect on multiple occasions has used a victim’s bank card to purchase items and withdraw money from ATM’s at several businesses located in the southwest Valley including Surprise.
The suspect, described as a black male with a black beard and goatee, was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, a gold chain, and a black stocking cap with white lettering reading, “The Hundred”.
The suspect arrived at one of the businesses in a grey passenger vehicle.
