The West Valley Senior Expo, presented by Independent Newsmedia and Sanderson Mobility, will feature a variety of vendors, musical entertainment and various activities 9 a.m.-noon Tuesday, April 4 at
Palmbrook Country Club, 9350 W. Greenway Road, Sun City.
Kate Schuman, from the Sun City Ukulele Club, will greet visitors 9 a.m. at the door with an assortment of music. Ms. Schuman has been songwriting for more than 20 years and has recorded a CD of original music.
Also scheduled to perform throughout the free event are Lester Schulz, who will play his Alpine horn at 10 a.m.; the Sun City Poms, who will perform at 10:30 a.m.; and Mixed Company, which will take the stage at 11 a.m.
Along with business booths and a putting contest, for a chance to win a one-year membership to Palmbrook, there will be free samples, a cash bar, grilled hot dogs for sale and raffle prizes, including tickets to see the Arizona Diamondbacks.
