Glendale website, email system back up

City of Glendale's website and internal email server is now back on after it was down for most of Thursday morning.

Cox Communications was working on the city's cables overnight and the city had posted an advisory on the site about the maintenance work, according to spokeswoman Roberta Bonaski.

She said employees were using their mobile devices to conduct business until the system became operational.
