At least 3 Peoria home sales eclipsed the $1M mark in December
All were in the 85383 ZIP code
At least three home sales in Peoria eclipsed the $1 million mark in December.
All three top home sales in Peoria last month were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.
The top spot was secured by two homes.
Home sale, 28851 N. 71st Ave., sold for $1.6 million on Dec. 27. The 4,091-square-foot home on a 0.73-acre lot has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The seller was represented by Wendy Griffin with Homesmart. The buyer was represented by Mark Shipley Arizona Homestar Realty.
Home sale, 9648 W. Monte Lindo, also sold for $1.6 million, but on Dec. 30. The 3,980-square-foot home on a 0.55-acre lot has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The seller was represented by Julie Rohr with Retsy. The buyer was represented by Christina Wheeler eXp Realty.
The second most expensive home sale, 6793 W. Roberta Lane, sold for $1.3 million on Dec. 15. The 5,176-square-foot home on a 0.34-acre lot has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The seller was represented by Derek Dickson with Offerpad Brokerage, LLC. The buyer was represented by Christopher Paul Realty ONE Group.
